My bad, I simply reinstalled the game after a few months and I can't really recall where I've downloaded it.

It's one texture. Just fill half of the texture with whatever. You don't have to edit every pixel. Use a rectangle tool or smth.

still looks better than reebok logo. スカート_036 and スカート_038 are both solid color so you can use parts of those. スカート_041 would also fit but you'd need to remove the logo and tint the color to not-white and paint is not enough for that.

I figured out that I could make part of the texture Liru skin colored and the result turned out pretty swell.
7 hours until Fallout 4 get's shipped, until then (i probably get the game tomorrow or at the latest the day after tomorrow) i'm going to marathon AA2, still that obviously means that i won't be coming here for a while, i guess that means farewell.

First tip - remove the blue shadow. Or better - move it's hue towards yellow-orange-red and it's lightness towards like 80% mark (from the default 50%).
After that you can justfill the colored part with the same color(on the right) but a shade or two darker. Your problems comes from the fact that the shadows in the your reference are pretty sharp so the contrast is high. You need some middle ground between the highlighted color and the shaded color.
Also llok at her butt with that texture - you'll see a white stripe on it. If you look at the texture you'll see where it comes from and you can guess how to fix it

In clothing selection for textures there are 2 sliders: color and shadow. You have a heavy blue shadow on a yellow outfit right now. Make the shadow lighter and make its hue more yellow.

It could...depends on if you're playing the male or female. Females can sorta mind break, kinda? You have to do the traits right and modify virtue through ReiEdit as you go. Not really that possible for males...

Check the anti-aliasing, if it is a newer card it prob runs on the Maxwell interface and cant support the anti aliasing you are running on.
