You can check what categories you entered by clicking that button on the pageant page. As for dressing them, just coordinate colors and try to use the real walls as much as possible. Have you been getting them? You can get each event's early clear wall with 3 event girls if you don't miss too much stamina, so just buy the 100 DP set per month. Sometimes you can skip buying them because of the EG we get from the monthly login and event drops.
