I think the blame is more on the fact that they're completely new with mobages in general, they're still figuring shit out step by step (they did the massive improvements with the daily logins, and other things) but they also still have a ton of shit to improve, things like monument dailies should permanently be 15 stamina, more events and I'd also like to see raids with obtainable 4*s

Divine Banquet is probably the worst 4* CE after Medea's Master, Caren, Bazett and Moony Jewel.
If you only toss out your NP once in the battle (pretty common when exp dailies are so short), Leyline > Divine Banquet. For a fully ascended Leyline (50%) you basically need to hurl out three NPs with that servant for Divine Banquet to beat a god damn 3* craft essence.
