You have to do certain things to complete your own servant's E-Matrix as well, which you should know by now how to complete on other servants that you've come across.
You need to talk to them in the room each day, or at least if you see some icon in your room that says there's a new conversation that day.
You score points from those conversations throughout the game, that give you your servants stat page, so that one week seven you can hear everything from them.
With other servants you only need to be in the right place to hear the right conversation, to get their E-Matrix.
The game led you through Drake's week so you could figure it out. At the end of each week you go to your room before the final battle, and put the clues together.

Give her Kaleidoscope, get her to 100%, and you can bet your ass the entire wave's either dead or about to be. Otherwise, she's not very good. A defense up skill and a defense debuff are all she's got for actives, and her only passive is Mad Enhancement. EX at least, so a 12% damage boost on Buster cards. For a 3* berserker, she'll be able to take a couple more hits than others but her attack is mediocre. But, since she's a 3*, it's relatively easy to upgrade her NP.
