Great gameplay and H don't mix particularly well. Both Rance and Kamidori are praised for their gameplay, but as H games, they're quite lacking. So even before the whole translated part, that's a pretty high demand.
If those two games are "good enough" for H, then I guess Seiyuu Enki or whatever or Venus Blood series with machine translations would work.

Don't know if it'll help you, but I had a problem that was kinda like that. I got around it by pulling up the backlog and scrolling through it until the message that wasn't translated is at the bottom, it usually translated it then.

If I ran the studio DLC and update unzipping EXE it said I haven't installed it at all.
I got it to work, by unzipping the file manually instead of clicking and praying lazy unzipping EXEs would function as expected.

You can use either CM3D2.ChangeMotion.Plugin or the multiple maids script (ux.getuploader.com/cm3d2/download/57/cm3d2_57.zip). Not sure if either of them is documented in English though. Check the plugin translation thread on dongfire, that one is pretty thorough.
