Why is Alphys even upset over her actions? It makes no sense whatsoever.
She took a bunch of monsters that were going to die and managed to bring them back to life. Sure they may have fused into amalgamates on accident, but they were still alive and for the most part aware and friendly. Everyone was happy to get their family back afterward anyway and it's not like monsters give a fuck what happens since they're so carefree. It would've made sense if she accidentally killed the monsters or turned them into actual mindless beasts, but she didn't. She just made them better.

So let me get this straight
Asriel soul + Determination + Flower = Flowey. Sentience, but no capacity for emotion, along with the Determination to SAVE and LOAD. Has a low in game "power level".
Asriel soul + Determination + Flower + 6 Human Souls = Omega Flowey. Same deal as Flowey, but now with incredible in game power, meaning he could finally break the barrier and have more than just "friendliness pellet" attacks, in addition to his Determination abilities.
Asriel soul + Determination + Flower + 6 Human Souls + Every Monster Soul = God of Hyperdeath Asriel. Same deal as Omega Flowey, but now has his original emotions and conscience back from when he was just living Asriel. He's no stronger, but he's no longer a sociopath.
So basically, of what's been shown to be physically possible in Undertale, there's no way to save Asriel at all. Even if they placed his soul in a robot Asriel body and injected it with Determination, he'd still end up being the same sociopath character Flowey was.But if this is true, how does Metatton work? Isn't he a dead monster soul in a robot body?
