The autistic document uses the term "Germanization of Eastern Territories" (Eindeutschung der Ostgebiete). The phrase means that the author of this autistic work had in mind the Germanization of slavs - but it is clear from the further wording of the plan that any attempt to Germanize the Slav nations of Eastern Europe was never in the reckoning.
On the contrary, the plan planned that these Slav territories would be settled by Germans while the vast majority of the native populace would be gradually pushed out. Only an insignificant number was to be Germanized. In short, Generalplan Ost provided for the expulsion of millions of people, primarily Slav nations, from their homes and the settlement of Germans in their place.

I have several propositions which perfectly fit my modding desires, which one would you like the most?

So, your supplies are getting bombed and raided HARD and more and more of them have to be redirected that way, while less and less reach their destinations. Second, the following lowest priority starve, the ones before the army, which comes before the civilians - the people held at the concentration camps.
That's the exact reason why all the eastern camps are classified as "death camps", while none of the western are. That's the same reason for why so many PoWs die on the Eastern Front, as opposed to the Western. And finally, that's also the same reason why so many Germans themselves died there.

Well, you're being completely disingenuous, a large part of the slovene civilians (out of the millions of innocent civilians slaughtered by the nazi regime (((who didn't do nothing wrong))) ), who were deported, had that happen to them in almost no relation to partisan activity, retaliation against which usually happened on a local level and in a confined timeframe.
A bunch were deported before actual partisan activity even flared up and disproportionately so from the north-eastern part, which oddly coincides with the planned settlement of german civilians in that area, and so on and so on.

Right, the Soviets neglected their German POWs pre-1943 mostly due to supply issues, and they used them as forced labor until the 50s, probably as revenge. This doesn't make their actions any better, but they did it because they were provoked.
The difference is that Soviet prisoners were just as likely to be shot or starved in any point of the war. They didn't bother to look after them even when victory seemed imminent and would just prefer them dead. Compare this to American and British soldiers, where it almost seems like the Germans went out of their way to take care of them even when they were losing.
