The skin is a little harshly grainy, but I really like the posing, lighting, hair and Chloe's beanie. Max's shirt could have used a similar treatment, but it's not in focus so that's alright. I thought maybe their hair could be a tad bit lighter, but with the sun directly behind I guess this works.

William took some of these shots with his old instant camera (Max still has hers). Took Joyce and his daughters to Paris. Sneaked up on them when they were kissing in front of their house as he was coming home from work. They had to chase him for the shot.
Second from the left in the bottom row is Max and Chloe visiting Rachel in L.A. - still dreaming big that girl is. At least she's already gotten some real roles after her first one had her just be a corpse and hardly gave her screen time.

The story already has many villains. Which is a shame that Jefferson turned out to be so comically cliche because it threw off a good thing they had going: That everyone is their own worst enemy. It was interesting that we saw how characters brought about their own downfall or hindrance.
Max's self-doubt, Chloe's impulsiveness, Nathan doing what he knows is wrong, Victoria being mean for no reason, Rachel's inability to tell the truth, etc.
For 90% of the story there was no outright enemy and the reveal of one just worked against the strengths of the rest of the game.

I don't get this at all, sorry. If people want to leave, surely there's a reason for that. They leave either because they think the general sucks, or because they just don't care for it anymore. In both cases, why keep them? Keeping them would be an admission that the general does indeed suck (and thus, you), or just keeping them as random strangers as they have no investment in LiS ("/lisg/") anymore.
And I'm all for staying in touch beyond the point where we truly cannot sustain the general any longer... But until then I just don't see the reason for a discord. It should be about trying to sustain the general, and I don't see how the discord would help with that. The opposite, if anything. Max teaches photography classes and Chloe is Blackwell's student counselor, but sometimes subs for gym classes if needed.
Between their classes/ appointments they hang out in the faculty lounge, go for walks, talk with Samuel. Some of the dorming students have said they've seen the two women going to the pool at night, which is weird because it's closed. A few have even said they've seen them come out of the janitor's closet together.

Never. Chloe's learned to give her space and respects that Max has friends besides her and may want to have spend time with them. Chloe can also have her own friends and hang out with them without Max if she wants.
Max can have tea with Kate or go shopping with Dana & Juliet. Just as Chloe can go skating with Justin or hang with Frank.
The bigger problem will be getting Max to give Chloe some space.

Don't think the links need a column of their own, especially if we hyperlink. The recommendation text could, not least because it forces people to write a sentence or two about what they like about and why they recommend the fic. Added that. Also put the doc into landscape orientation and hyperlinked the fics. And have a list of about 20 fics that I'll re-read and gradually add. Still need more people contributing though.

Yay! ...I suppose. Again, if you wish to have it in the OP, keep it. While it may hurt the general, it won't kill it either, and since you don't discuss LiS over there, it shouldn't really take posts away from here - and if posters leave for it then they weren't interested enough in LiS/"lisg/" anymore anyways and the general doesn't really lose anything. The people that care will be here regardless (like you) and maybe the discord even makes some stick around longer than they otherwise would have?
Either way, I think your decision is for the best. If people want to get social, they can be lead there in the comments rather than from the OP, which should be reserved for things strictly related to the game. Besides, by now probably most of everyone that visits here has seen the link anyway and those that want to be active on the discord will be.
