Those seem unlikely, though, mainly Terry and Griffon Mask. The reason for this is in their animations/attacks.
Terry adjusts his hat in Star Dunk Volcano, which they'd have to completely change the animation of at startup or you'll get Alt Bison shenanigans. notTizoc has tail attacks which Griffon Mask doesn't even have a tail for, not to mention some biting attacks. It just won't work, sadly.

He was in XIII & SvC Chaos. In Chaos he's a full-on "SNK BOSSMAN" that can fire full-screen projectiles with no meter.
In XIII he's kind of an "EX Takuma" and is one he stronger characters in the game. Not exactly the very best character, but solid.

that was debunked some time ago. SNK has stated they have no present plans for DLC characters. Which I guess is fair because its gotta be hard to balance 50 already.
