Key points from the interview, I think:
-In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, the objective is to save the history of Dragon Ball once again. However, after finishing the game, there is a special feature where players may be able to alter the history of Dragon Ball in a different way
-There will be a lot of new characters in Xenoverse 2, but not many new stages.
-The focus of Xenoverse 2 won’t just be the movies, although the intent is to add movie characters in. Xenoverse 2 won’t be the story of movies are altered, although movie characters will be shown in a different way in an original story. If there is enough demand for altered movie plots, then its something the development team can look into.
-Bandai Namco wants players to play Xenoverse 2 for a very long time. They will listen to fans, make adjustments to the game with modifications, and add new features even after the game releases. There will be a location players can post requests and share feedback announced in the future.
-Goku’s childhood, Dragon Ball, won’t be in the game.
-Players will be able to transfer their Xenoverse 1 save to Xenoverse 2. Only one created character from Xenoverse 1 can be imported into Xenoverse 2. Along with his design, his costume and some attacks can be carried over.
-Players will be able to transfer their Xenoverse 1 save to Xenoverse 2. Depending on how far players progressed in Xenoverse 1 and how many items they obtained, Bandai Namco plans to give players in-game money so they can purchase the items they already had in Xenoverse 1 faster than someone who does not have a Xenoverse 1 save file.
-All Xenoverse 1 characters and costumes, including those from the DLC, will be in Xenoverse 2 from day 1. The GT story won’t be included, however, like it was in the Xenoverse 1 DLC.
-Xenoverse 2 is being release around 1.5 years after Xenoverse 1. Xenoverse 3 will not be released as early.

I'd like to see the movie plots altered to make chronological sense within the context of the main series. Movies 2-5 for example make little sense.
With some adjustments we could have Movie 2 before Radditz shows up. Gohan either shouldn't know who Piccolo is or should know about him and think he's "cool" which is why he's wearing the Piccolo outfit and could foreshadow them becoming close.
Movies 3-5 could occur during the 3 years waiting for the androids to show up as an "Invasion" trilogy arc, with various alien factions coming to Earth for various reasons. This would require adjustments to the villains and heroes power levels and abilities. Piccolo should be able to beat Turles but Turles uses his wits and the Tree of Might fruits to even the playing field against opponents like Piccolo, Goku and possibly Vegeta.
Movies 6 and 8 could be emphasized to take place before the Cell games and could also involve Android 16. Movie 7 will be tricky to place, because it involves Vegeta being Super Saiyan but not Gohan. They could add Gohan being Super Saiyan and put it before the Cell games as well. They could also possibly add one or more new Android characters to this arc to be the opponents of Gohan and other hero characters. Or I suppose they could upgrade Tao Pai Pai for Movie 7...
Though I think all of the movie arcs could possibly include new henchmen characters to be opponents for other characters like Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, and so forth. Cooler, for example, could bring an army with him, which would include Elites besides his Armor Force.

I can see why the U6 team isn't in, but Future Trunks and Black Goku are, because they're going to be apart of the DLC, I'd imagine. Also, they need to come up with brand new shit for Hit, Magetta and Botamo, Cabba & Frost would be pretty easy to do, while finding voice actors since there isn't an english dub, yet. I think Champa and Vados will be a reskin of Beerus and Whis.

You have to summon them. Did you already use all your stones? If you did and didn't get Gogeta, make a new account and try again for Gogeta.
When you start, all you're gonna be able to do is normal difficulty missions.
Around rank 80, which does not take long to hit, you can have teams of all UR's and breeze through Z hard missions.
The Dokkan missions that cost 40 stamina require really good teams and items.

Whenever he was blown apart the cells that survived the blast automatically sought the original body in order to allow the regeneration process to be faster. Same reasoning for if he was disintegrated but a few cells survived, except they'd seek out the other surviving cells.
Because obviously having more cells in a cluster to duplicate and regenerate would speed up the process of fully reforming, and would be the instinctual reaction to ensure survival that Cell wouldn't be able to control.

Let's say max level is 80 again, and you get 3 points per level. What if every 20 levels, you get a boosted number of points, like 9? And during this level you get the option of creating a new form to represent the increase in power?
And the form can be anything from a drastic change of appearance, like Frieza. Or be a Master Roshi style buffening. Or maybe even a Kaioken-like effect. Or just a change in hairstyle like SS. And you set how it improves you based on the changes, e.g. a Majin going from fat buu to super buu would get a speed boost, less defense and more attack, or a Frieza going from 1st small form to a larger second form could increase defense and attack while lowering speed. Obviously there should be more pros than cons.
I think this would do well in stopping the races from being put into boxes, where Male Majins are the tanks of the game, Saiyans are ki users, Humans are strikers. This way you could have a Saiyan that when he hits SS3 increases his stamina and strikes while taking a hit to ki, to become the best saiyan brawler.

To feed you some background on it ,the transformation is from Dragonball Online. It's available when the player makes a wish to Shenronmuch like I guess you can argue Super Saiyan Godand turns them into Kid Buu.
It was notoriously shit talked of course because it did not reflect how you created your PC Majin outside of color and didn't have a variant even if your Majin was a femaleplus it was pretty uselessso it was hated and died with the game. It resurfaced thanks to Xenoverse though and now DIMPs is bringing that gigantic mistake back and wants you to get "hype" about it while not acknowledging

I played a freezy pop my first run. Probably gonna import him instead of Yam. I just wanted to see what it was like going through the game as a ki spammer.
I also got lucky and unlocked Kaioken x3 early so that's been fun. No luck getting Super Vegeta. The grind is the worst thing about Xenoverse. Without it, it'd be a 10-15 hour game tops.

Because not only does saiyan armor already have tails, actually having a tail for long is a rarity in the series. If saiyans had tails in Xenoverse then the next reasoning would be why can't they transform into great apes. If anything it chould just be an accessory that only saiyans can equip, but it's not such a big deal that someone should dismiss the game entirely just because one cosmetic option didn't make it in.
At the same time, it's possible to use mods to change an already existing accessory into an equipable tail, but so far no one has made such a mod because if they wanted to look like a saiyan badly enough, they could equip saiyan armor which happens to have a tail already on it.
