That depends on how the modder creates the meshes. Its much easier to just make the whole thing jiggle instead of working around it, hence the bouncy steel. You just gotta test them out or check comments

Someone redpill me on Bikini Armor. I've never sided with the SJW cuck crowd about objectifying women and all that other hogwash, but I've always hated Bikini armor. It's mostly because there's just less potential detail in the design, and there's nothing really memorable or interesting about it beyond the passing sex appeal of it in the first glance, which quickly loses its flavor when you realize most women with bikini armor lack your favorite sexual features on their bodies.
Even generic armor plating or wolf pelts or leather garments at least give an image of movement, texture, and flavor. Bikini armor just...lacks that. It's the same as a male character without a shirt. You can call him sexy or whatever, but he's just boring that way. The only reason we're interested in undressing and sexualizing a female character is because we know what they are like when armored/cloaked/clothed, and we have a desire to see what lies underneath.

While traditional armor could be symbolic just as well as functional, highlighting masculine characteristics of men, bikini armor could be seen as a way of highlighting admirable characteristics of women in battle. Stuff that are actual swimsuits with metal plates are over-compensating, sure, but garishly over-designed armor for males exists as a counterpart to this too. Sets like what a Valkyrie would wear exemplify that kind of gendered armor better; highlighting desirable traits while offering some better form of protection over clothing.
