Lawsuits in short. They were sued by TV Tokyo for around 4 mill before they started dubbing the very last season. 4Kids eventually had to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy all because they were supposedly collecting royalties without actually paying the royalties to keep the license. Funimation pretty much said "yeah fuck that let them burn"
It happened again in 2012 and I believe that's why the last season of 5Ds was never dubbed. They had to shut down the UK version of 4Kids and shill out 1 mill to Pokemon over some agreement. From there I believe they merged with Konami to become 4K Media so they never got around to dubbing the last season and went straight onto Zexal and are now working on Arc-V (supposedly).

So yeah. At the end of the series he was finally an okay character. He could have fun with duels without taking them too lightly if lives were on the line or taking them too seriously if they weren't. But we never saw that. The moment he became tolerable the show ended.

Yugi had the god cards in the final battle between Judai right, meaning all of GX ended before Yami left.
But how could that be when Kid Judai sent cards into space via Kaibacorp? How could the tech be so advanced in GX but still be not advanced at the same time.

The only confusing part was the fact he full blown cheated and changed his cards but that's what Yugi does. Outside of that ti was pretty easy to get.
Action cards are spread through the entire field and you can only have one in your hand at a time they are all speed 2 cards. And action fields are solid vision meaning you can ride/use your monsters.
ARC-V is the most interested I've been in YGO's plot since DM Season 2. I enjoy the other series in one way or another.

Every Tier1 deck right now actually doesn't have any way for full field wipes but they do have ways to effectively get rid of problem cards. Field wipes aren't that prevalent right now. Hell Raigeki isn't even main-decked in a lot of decks right now.
Currently every top deck wants to go first, set up a strong or "unbreakable" field, make more plays on the opponents turn, and go for game on your next turn.

I knew that cards warped over time, but I didn't understand why it happened until I saw a video explaining why it happens to MTG cards. Since then, I've stepped up on the card sleeving. Pages are nice, but I used to house commons without sleeves in binders and that made them look ugly. Pages are really rough on cards, especially with excessive turning. I don't like housing them in pages anymore, I never liked carrying a trade binder.
Sneak Peeks are fun, but mostly when you're lucky. I got a lot of good stuff for my first event. My one regret isnot having 1st editions of certain cards. Maybe I'll try getting some 1st Ed Packs to make up for it.
Yeah, Penny Sleeves are what I mainly use for most of my cards these days. But more precious cards get better protection.
