umm I like doom 1 better than 2, simply because SSG and too many op weapons on doom 2..
or put it this way. they added so many difficult enemies for doom 2 and its levels, that you can way too easily run through "normal mob" once you gain your hands to a SSG or a 5-6-7 . And you need those weapons for harder enemies.. but not for the easier, so you actually throw away some of the content just to visit harder content.. I don't think that's good game design. Future fps shooters should've added armor for low enemies that makes low enemies invul for weaps 5-6-7 , and game would be more balanced.
