No shit the people that play the classes that are the only ones used (pretty much at least) in 6v6 are going to enjoy.
At least be fucking honest, the biggest reason 6v6 is big is mainly due to the fact that managing larger teams is fucking hard, the more people you have, the more difficult it'll be to practice and play with the same team members every game. Like, you can't get around this.
And with the limited number, the current meta came to be since that is hope competitive works. You find out what works best with the current rules and circumstances.
And it's silly to whine about HIghlander being "spam" or "Snipelander" when 6v6 has been the same for years, with scouts, soldiers and demos only for the most part with the occasional switch to one of the other classes just for the element of surprise or because you're at the last point.

TF2 has weapon loadouts tho. A soldier with gunboats plays very differently than a soldier with a shotgun/conch.
You also have to acknowledge that a lot of weapons are banned and classes restricted in 6s.

More than 2 scouts you can't hold flanks. More than 2 soldiers and the med gets bombed non stop. More than 1 demo and teams can lock down both chokes. More than 1 medics, tracking uber is now impossible. 6s is the ideal setup. The maps are designed around this too where a team can just barely hold all the flanks but there will always a weak point that the other team can use to break through if they use their resources effectively

And how often does that happen? You would have to be incredibly bad to miss completely with rockets. Look at the best snipers they only have around 40%~ accuracy. That's 6 shots out of every 10 missed. You are downplaying how much of a difference that margin for error makes.
