sometimes just commentarying on your own can be difficult, but even with someone to bounce off with it can be easier, just because they can give you a topic if you couldn't think of anything to say
doesn't happen often though, and sometimes the runners can be a bit bitchy about talking at all (but in that scenario, they usually have asked someone to sit on the couch to explain stuff on their behalf while they play)
