Those things are just OK. I dont particularly like them. The D pad is too big to not have a more circular design.
If you can get a saturn pad its the best.

I have this. It's really good. Takes a little to get use to and you may need to adjust some settings to get used to it, but it's surprisingly comfy.

It's true though. Keyboards are made for typing and inputting text/numerical data. Ergonomics are practically non-existent and controllers will always be more comfortable. Not to mention stupid mustards are still playing games designed for analog control with digital movement in fucking 2016 because they're too stubborn to just plug in a gamepad. Keyboards are only game controllers incidentally, controllers are built for playing games and will always be superior.

I didn't even tell a story, I just laid out some facts. Keyboards are inferior for movement in FPS games as well due to the lack of analog. Mice are superior to sticks for aiming, but mice are not keyboards.

This model is way easier to maintain and feels much sturdier.
I only ever had to replace the dpad inside and this was on the other controller. It was hell cause the dpad spins around and you cant align it or open it easily.
I worried about the wire ripping out but it never did and you can open it and make some adjustments so the wire doesnt get pulled.

How is the diagonal sensitivity setting on the FC4? The rotating D-Pad seems like a stupid gimmick, but being able to change how sensitive the D-Pad is is a big reason I'm leaning more towards the FC4 instead of the regular one.

I have this and it's doing pretty great so far. It's dropped a few times but no scratches and works fine. Fits comfortably in your hand and the material is nice. But the wire is so fucking long.
