The controller is not the problem with the turrets though. The problem is people thinking they're frail like Symmetra's turrets and that they can easily take it out up close. The only person that could do that with minimal losses would be Genji, and even then he could do it from long range since his shurikens don't lose their damage at long range.

just confirming you have no idea how patches or any releases work for consoles.
publishing a patch to a PC game, battlenet steam or otherwise, involves uploading the data and and pushing it out to the client. on consoles, the patch must be approved by sony or MS. this has been the case for a long time, and widely known for just about as long.
Either that, or due to the fact the game is built different for each platform they ran into issues on the PS4 version and wanted to iron them out before pushing a release.

Not really, especially if you're relying on used parts and/or pricematch like you. An i3+750ti can easily match a PS4 in performance. That doesn't make it worth owning necessarily.
