Why BroodWar is better than SC2?
Because Blizz took 6 fucking years to balance something people have been asking for since the early days of WoL.

Because SC2 doesn't allow the player to recover from any mistake, unless the opponent makes an even bigger mistake. And the unit AI does half the micro for you but that doesn't free you up to perform real time strategy because the game has been accelerated to a point where you don't have time to adapt. It's all mechanical execution of build order strategies.

the units look dumb, the portraits look dumb, the sounds are horrible and the plot and dialogue is god awful.
every unit that was interesting in brood war was replaced with some piece of shit that is either boring to play as or against. Case in point: reavers replaced by colossi
