I'm saying getting through the Arklay forest with one clip of ammo, two at most, is highly unlikely.
So here are the three big things
1) People that played kitchen last year say this is very similar to that demo, but only in the first floor location. It doesn't have famalam, the vhs, the axe, or the main jump scare of the Kitchen demo.
2) several people, one in this thread even, have said that only two endings (phone variations count as one) were available at E3. The finger is an unused asset for the demo and the axe is just for showing off the combat.
3) The VR headset is possibly required to get another ending
