Block downback all day. She has an overhead, but won't use it enough for it to matter. After you get out of blockstun, forward jump and hit her with air normals repeatedly. Then land and block again.
Don't overextend so you can land, but the only thing that actually requires you to land is the pillars. If you can stick very close to her, she becomes less dangerous and you can afford to jump more.
Make sure to shield the Arc Drive, because that's all you can do about it. A H-moon will disadvantage you in doing that.

When will rollback be implemented? I know it's being worked on, but what was the last update?How do I git gud at shielding? I pretty much never use it because I'm only making myself vulnerable.

1) Against some characters, you will learn to shield upon some clues, like an ex-flash.
2) If the person you are fighting is competent, it becomes much easier, because you only get a small window to throw the shield into between strings anyway.
3) Play only in low or no delay or you'll never do it right.

Yes, keyboard warriors are common, although many keyboards will ghost which is actually very relevant for many characters in the game. Tigerknees on a keyboard are also an nightmare.
It can help to shift your buttons to ASDF instead, since zx cancel each other out on a lot of keyboards, so you won't be able to play a negative edge character, for example.
