You know what. It all makes sense now. The console is called the Xbox One. The Xbox 1 came out in 2001 and was killed off short notice in 2005, 4 years of life. The Xbox One was released in 2013, and is being killed off in 2017, 4 years of life.

I just bought one for 200 at bb. A year of live was 30, and Halo 5+doom+Halo MCC was 95 and some change. At that cost it's purty good value. I downloaded the "free" games for gold for the month. And I'm really enjoying the halo remakes. Doom is really good too, I'm stuck on the crucible though (on nightmare). Otherwise I just play older stuff on my laptop. There isn't many new games that interest me, ill get a good sample of games every month with live and it does Netflix Hulu and all that neat stuff so my family gets some use out of it. At 200 bucks, yeah I'd recommend it over a ps4.

If you don't have a pc it's a good console. How good is up for debate, but it's made a big turnaround since it's debut. Unless you're a console warrior there's no reason not to own one along with your ps4.

It's called redundancy, save the cash from that bone into a PC upgrade. The debate is, if you wanted more variety of FPS games, the sequels are still good but not great, it's still fun to team up despite them removing split screen features.

I'm glad kinect is dead, but it's still a really great piece of technology. I mean like WAY more advanced than anything Sony or Nintendo ever did. I feel it was just used in the wrong way.

Why? They upgraded the tech the pc way so that devs wont be restricted to the weaker console limitation. It's just like pc, lower spec ones get lower performance, but still get games and cost much cheaper. The higher end ones (scorpio or your custom one) offer 4k and framerates. And all are getting games and crossplay. It's a non bitter average joe or mustard dream.
