I have a few theories on that, actually.
When Buu destroyed the earth, obviously all life left on the planet was wiped out. This includes even Arale-chan.
When the wish was made for the Earth to be restored, along with all of its 'people', Arale-chan was also brought back. We know this because she appears in a cameo in Super.
We can imply a few things from this...
1. Arale was destroyed in the destruction of Earth, and had to be rebuilt.
OR
2. Arale was destroyed in the destruction of Earth and was brought back to life by the Dragon balls.
If the latter is true, then that means 16 would've been brought back too. His current whereabouts would probably just be in the forest or something, keeping a low profile.

How do I get an ultimate finish on PQ53? It's the one where you have to search for Dragonballs but Broly's trying to kill you. Goten and Trunks keep on killing Broly, I've even seen Videl kill Broly a few times. I usually hang back and never interfere in the fight.

Serious question, but how far did everyone enjoy playing the first game?
I picked a female saiyan for the ass, finished the story, cleared out all the levels, perfecting around 90% of them or so, played like a dozen multiplayer games in the very rare instances I could find a match; grinded for fucking ages to get Videl's outfit.
And then when I had it I realized I was done.
I enjoyed most of it except the grinding, probably not my money's worth though.
Multiplayer aspects certainly need polish but that's the case with every last jap game out there.
So did anyone get anything more out of it?

Also by the time 17 and 18 have reached to where they thought Goku was, some of the Z fighters started to become stronger. Piccolo was the first to cause 17 to actually put an effort in the fight. Then once Cell appeared, people started getting even more powerful.

Bio androids like cell, incredibly pale skin, robotic limbs and strange body parts like unique eyes or brain jar heads, detachable body parts for attacks like ROCKETU PUNCH or just having hidden weapons in them like that one dude with the machine gun arm in the 2nd movie.
There are an insanely large wealth of features than androids could have to be unique from humans, whereas Saiyans have "uh tails and their hair sometimes changes colour???"

1. Not all androids had most of that shit.
2. Moveset being the only different thing, you can just add more android moves to the movepool. There's already several. I could live with 16's rocket punch or the sick double armcannon he used against cell being available.

Because it's a waste of time to make a separate race for characters that were almost all human or human-modeled anyway. I have nothing against facilitating people playing androids, but they don't deserve a separate race. At absolute most I'd have a checkbox for "android" somewhere in CC so that people in the game refer to you as an android, but I'm not even sure the extra voice recording would be worth it.

Honestly I think they should work on improving the ones they have first, but Bio Androids like cell is a good candidate. Kai-makaishins are a better candidate too because at least those fucks have pointy ears. Could humans have pointy ears in XV1? I don't remember, but you couldn't give them horns. Nor a great candidate though.
Regardless, any of your examples are better candidates, because androids are literally humans with mechanical parts.
