Considering we don't see Trunks go SSJ 1.5 Grade 2 at all (he knows Grade 3 is too bulky) means Black Goku is already stronger in his base form which says a helluva lot since they made a point that Goku is still pretty weak in his base form, on Frieza's level, and Black Goku will be fighting both Goku and Vegeta in Super Saiyan Blue likely with Kaio-ken.

Here's the thing anon: you're equating "staying transformed" to "staying powered up". Powering up, in or outside SS form IS draining. It's blasting your ki to increase your power.

But Goku's training eliminated that. What's left is a super saiyan transformation he could maintain without powering up, and he maintains it for months with no issue. I think it's more so that Super Cyan expends just as much energy as SSJ1, but also being vastly more powerful and not relocated to pure anger and cockiness that comes with the Super Saiyan forms.

And here's where Super's awful writing really becomes apparent. Super says that they cannot use SS and Kaioken together because of two reasons: unstable emotions and ki drain. However the cell saga explicitly shows goku eliminated BOTH OF THOSE ISSUES. Not only that, but they also explicitly say that SSB has a lot of ki drain. False. Vegeta didn't even think about stamina when he trained in HTC, he only wanted more power, and he got it. Both trained to get stronger but Vegeta chose the route that provided him with power up front even if the cost was a higher drain on ki and stamina. Trunks took it even further and gave up even more stamina and ki than Vegeta along with speed for even more power. Goku chose to get stronger by improving the stamina and ki consumption of the SSJ1 form, thus turning it into Grade 4, and making the form become far more normal to be in.

He was able to chop 12 soft tiles during the tournament, and the average human could do 6, and if I recall the farmer was an average human with a power level of 5, so 10 makes sense.
It's best to assume he's anywhere from 8-12 realistically. He was also able to pull a few buses if I recall and punched through one of them a bit.

When I saw Frieza take down SSJ Gohan in one punch in his first form and then Goku gain the upper hand on final form Frieza in his base form, I thought "Goddamn, the supporting cast is fucked beyond belief"

Xenoverse 1 was pretty fun. Xenoverse 2 just needs a bigger Toki city, more armor and cloth pieces (that you can actually colorize) maybe another race to play as. More transformations, more maps and a bigger roster etc.

It's correct. A significant point is made that Goku was fighting with absolutely everything he had against Cell and still lost, because when is convincing the rest of the Z Fighters that Gohan is the one that will beat Cell, he asks Gohan if he had any trouble keeping up with Goku and Cell's fight.
Gohan says no, but assumed Goku was holding back. Goku then points out he was fighting at full power, and asks Gohan if he assumed Goku was holding back because he was comparing their power levels to each other, and he said yes.
