I like it too. If you're going to do an English voice acted game that is clearly set in Japan, the best option is to play it straight. You can't localize everything and pretend that it doesn't take place in Japan, but you've got to have the basic text in English so that your audience can understand it.
It's like in a Fantasy setting, where everyone is speaking English, even though that makes no sense. And they've got little idioms to let you know that it's a different culture. Most of the time you're not thinking about the fact that they're not "really" speaking English, and you just go with it.

Yes there are periscopes with morgana's voice, it isn't bad but it isn't great either, to me it sounded kinda tone deaf with no range of what the emotion of the character is while speaking.
