Looking at the gameplay trailer posted in the thread, it's almost like that. The light just seems a little dimmer compared to the screenshot. Might just be due to different positions though.

If the trailer's accurate, transforming might not be an ultimate attack anymore, since Gohan shot the generic blast as well as his variant of the Super Kamehameha while he was in Super Saiyan.
I also like that he has a unique animation that mimics how he transformed in the special. Hopefully everyone gets one.

Nice to hear about the "more in-depth character creation system". I assume that means that, since you can import characters from the original, you'll be able to edit your characters after importor else the import function only affects the hologram in the town square.

Go full-on strike/stamina or ki/blast. Never mix and match unless you want to be handicapped.
If you're willing to grind to level 93 for Potential Unleashed (usually involves killing tons and tons of Great Apes), Earthling is the best race. Otherwise, stick with Saiyan for easy PvE for your first character (you'll be able to make more characters after beating the story).
Alternatively, ignore that and just play whatever race you like best. If you run into trouble, you can always level grind and beat things through brute force (orgit gud).

Mine had regeneration at full stamina and the z soul for increasing attack + the z soul for stagger immunity. If you use them together they glitch and you get triple duration on stagger immunity, it's amazing. Actually no. Toriyama had plans to continue the series after BoG. And it was pretty much flat out said during the fight with Beerus when he mentioned the various universes. Toriyama got back into this series because he felt refreshed and wanted to get back to the series. Do you even know that he HATED the constant stress and pressure he was put in during the time he created the Vegeta/Freeza/Cell saga ect? His editors constantly told him what to do and he just got exhausted with it.

What team are you running for the fight? Fusion Android #13 with super attack maxed (farmable) and a friend TUR Cell is all you need for damage. Have Mighty Mask as leader for the +3 TEQ Ki along with that friend Cell and you can super every turn. Also the normal Android #13 links well with Fusion #13

Fusion Android 13 is a huge pain in the ass to get.
I'll consider Mighty Mask though.
I did manage to do it once with a God Goku friend so this isnt impossible.
