It's actually getting regular release, even though it doesn't always go in the direction I would like. It's still transparent enough and content is increasing. I'm only midly satisfied but I can't say it's a scam that will never see the light of day.

They dropped a ton of promised features and plan the others very far post full launch of the game. They overpromised at ton and the game isn't even close to what was promised.
