If you really wanna get into semnatics, the villains are Talon, God Programs, and the now defunct Omnica Corporation. Pretty much every omnic, outside of the warmachines, were built with the idea of being the labor force in mind and that the God Programs would be their overseers. However Omnica corp cut massive cuts and strange things lead to the God Programs waking up after they were shut down and churning out war machines.
