I'm loving it so far, runs well on my comp, looks really good. Gameplay is pretty damn fun and with a coordinated team can just be amazing.
It does need some map balancing on capture points and such but so far im having a blast. Would die to see a tick rate bump up to 60hz.
Its one of the first games i've played that feels really rewarding to play a support/healer class. There's a lot of people here who haven't even played it clearly.

As much as I love Destiny I can't really agree with you. Destiny did SP and it was very repetitive and had zero character. This is purely a team-based shooter. Sure Destiny's gunplay is amazing, imo a lot better and more fun the Overwatch but OW is definitely more varied with all the characters etc.
I feel like OW is greatly overrated, especially given the cost/worth ratio in my eyes at least. But I think it's intended to appeal to people who love LoL or Dota or TF2. For a lot of people these games are low-commitment time sinks, even though they spend a fuckload of time playing them.
I don't even really know what my point is, other then these are different games so they are judged differently by most people.
