So, this came out today. Who has it? Are you enjoying it? It's not nearly as crazy as the original concept was three years ago, but it's a decent little shmup. The music is the best part, but that seems to be a recurring theme with WayForward games.

Pretty good for a bonus, non-retail game. I was expecting much worse.
My biggest complaint is that guns don't drop very often considering they're the main gimmick and one hit makes you lose them.
The jokes are pretty cringe worthy but Kebako can be kind of cute.

I'm not positive, but I don't think you can buy this game anymore. It was a part of a monthly bundle and if you didn't subscribe by the deadline, the bundle changes and the game is lost in annals of bittorrent.

That said it's not an inaccurate complaint. I downloaded it when someone posted a mega link and it was okay but only because I was looking at it through the lens of "this might be a neat little novelty thing" and I didn't have to pay for it. If I had bought it expecting something good I would have been upset for sure.

someone posted the mega a while ago, there are only 3 stages, and they drag out a lot so honestly it's not a good shooter and you can clear the whole game in less than an hour
however it's a really weird game, everything has this dumb 80' anime aesthethic, the gun are all stupid as fuck (there is one that shoot pacman, one that shoot bubbles a-la puzzle bobble, another one that shoot megamans that jump on enemies,another that let you attack like you are in an rpg)
if you are looking for a proper game you should pass but if you are looking for a novelty game go for it,because it's hilariousone of the boss is literaly sephiroth dressed like a cook except he's called chefinoff and he smacks you around with a rolling pin while summoning boiling pot and i'm sorry to admit i just found it pretty funny

to add to what i said, at the end of the game you fight your evil clone so she has all the same guns as you except they are different
so since you have a gun that summon not-megaman she has a gun that summon not-sonic, except he runs all over the screen trying to catch you and in the end he crashes face first and loses all his rings in a last ditch effort attack
then not-tails comes to pick him up, it's fucking hilarious, for what's basicaly a joke game i was seriously surprised by how much details there was in it
