Same, but when you realize the Belladonnas don't get stronger unless you attack them it gets easier. Focus everything on Rafflesia until she dies, then do the same on each Donna one at a time. Axl with the Bait sub-weapon and a lot of Build Hypers so he stays cloaked for nine turns will really help protect the other two from most attacks.
The REAL challenge are the Tails Clan Reploids. Fuck those assholes, and fuck Capcom for not making it a series of abttles against classic Robot Masters culminating with a fight against Bass and Treble where they merge when you get their health low enough.

The thing that bothers me is just how terrible the end of Megaman must have been. They went from having a thriving world filled with robots and constantly advancing technology to virtually no true AI and only simplistic robotics.
Hell, they mention that they found X in the 'ruins' of Dr. Light's old lab.
They must have had a matrix/animatrix like final cataclysm except without blocking out the sun and humanity won.
Also, doesn't the entire world basically get wiped out during the X series and 90+% of mankind get exterminated? By the end of the X series there might not be many humans left and arguably in XZ there are only like a handful of actual humans and they are named as the last...
Apparently, Reploids have some kind of artificial DNA that allows them to actually self repair to a point, but also makes it so that if they get destroyed you can't just build them from a backup or etc, except X and Zero, but that is because they were designed with failsafes and Dr. Light's hologram and the Sigma virus both understand their bodies better than normal scientists. Whether this reploid dna is in some kind of cpu unit or we are supposed to believe that their entire body is made of some kind of living metal is up to Capcom and a person's perspective, but we do know that reploids are born and not 'made', as seen with Reploids like Iris that were supposed to be combat units but was born with a poor power management unit that would overheat and burn out if put through too much stress.

They mention that there was a huge hundred year war between I think X5 and X6, and that X and Zero were leaders in the war and that is also where they learned to pilot aircraft and space rockets.
