A while back they re-released Dark Cloud 1 and 2 on PS4 with enhanced graphics, load times and framerates and said they were "Watching to see if there was interest" and alas, there was not. I found that it got better when missions started getting more intense. The game did a fucking horrible job of reeling me in with the boring, piss easy missions you get at the start and I would've stopped playing forever because of that but I was (and have been) playing it with my friend and found that I was starting to enjoy it more.

Splatoon was not like S4 at all but I'd suggest it. 2 really fucking great games. The ink mechanic makes splatoon really unique and depending on the situation can slow the game down or speed it up.
