Not likely. Even DB Heroes has only gone up to SS God so far. SSB likely won't be open to players until Goku and Vegeta get their next new forms at the earliest.
For XV2, I expect them to get SS3, but nothing further. Other races will get SS equivalent forms too. Then XV3 will introduce the God forms for each race.Then Xenoverse is scrapped and the next series starts all over again from scratch.

Arcade game. Japan only. Some kind of mix between touch-screen arcade game and trading card game. You get characters as cards, set them on the screen, and move them around in specific patterns to perform techniques and special attacks.
There are 3DS versions with massively watered down rosters. Also Japan only.
DBZ Dokkan Battle is probably the closest we'll ever get to Heroes in English. It's a mobile game, and is sorely lacking in what-if characters/transformations so far, but it has potential. Global version recently got Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta.
One-year anniversary is coming up in a month or so, will feature a metric shit-ton of events, including Gogeta and Janemba events and a special tournament so now would be a good time to jump in.
I am just hoping they add a new race or something. That or give other races some Super Saiyan equivalent. Doesn't have to be a new form, just something that powers them up as much. The strategy in XV1 was just SUPER VEGETA SPAM KI

I've been playing on and off since it launched in the west servers. I played hardcore on the jap servers till the cell games event, but stopped after that. I never got LSSJbroly and it ruined my chances on world tournies.
Here's my global server team. piccolo is just until I get higher team cost to throw in my SSJ2 adult gohan, mecha frieza is obviously placeholder till the strike rolls around again to finish upgrading his super to get muh golden frieza.

The teaser site was only up for a day or so so it was pretty easy to miss.
It had posters for DB (+movies), Z (+movies), GT, Super (+movies), and cover art from previous games (Budokai, Tenkaichi, Extreme Butoden, even fucking Kinect).
There were only two images that weren't from previous entries in the franchise:shots of a ruined city in the rain, strikingly similar to the one in the scene where Trunks finds Gohans body.

Not likely, but it's likely to become a staple of future games given how popular the Time Patrol has turned out to be.
Heroes originally just started as a what-if game with no real connection between events, but the Time Patrol stuff became so popular that it's taken over the main story almost completely. And then there's Xenoverse's popularity too.
Although, given that the next arc of Super is about Future Trunks and the sweater in his new design is similar to the one Time Patrol Trunks wears under his coat, it's possible Super will cement the Time Patrol's place in canon by showing us how Trunks ends up getting recruited.

You are correct, because Demigra was created originally for Xenoverse; he had no part in Toriyama's plans for DBO.
Xenoverse was basically a way for them to warm people up to the ideas behind the DBO plot, while still leaving the meat of Toriyama's ideas alone. Instead of diving right into the conflict like DBO does, it takes place 150 years earlier and introduces the main villains (Towa and Mira) as a side story of a conflict between the Time Patrol and Demigra.
XV2 will likely go much further into the DBO plot now that XV1 has set everything up ready for the proper fight between the Time Patrol and Time Breakers.
