After SEGA updated its emulator on Steam, I decided to pick up some more games for it to try it out, and I had interest in the Shining Force series after playing Feda: The Emblem of Justice. When I tried out Shining Force 2 and saw this guy's avatar, I thought it was the coolest thing. I'm a furry so this sort of artwork and character design appeals to me, and I liked his serious and attentive-looking design along with him being a leader. He's so badass. Plus its video games, so I thought it even more fitting for Steam.
I like Kamen Rider. Been my avatar for a while, and will probably stay there till I can find a good Kuuga/Agito/Hibiki picture.

I've never used a non-official Genesis emulator but it is pretty good. Its lacking in features though. The only bonus options you really have are:

>XBRZ filter
>scalable screen curving (to make it look more like a CRT monitor)
The frontend is also a 3D room now that makes everything work and look like you're actually playing these games in real life. The emulator is also more accurate than it used to be.
