A day of the dead themed latina qt that saps health to restore her own/those nearby would be great.
Super could be a more situational version of Mercys. Revives one single character and restores health proportional to the amount of enemies around them (that die as a result). Less enemies = less health

A female ortwinkfirefighter with water canons/big hose that push enemies away while doing small amounts of damage. You can also use these to get a speed boost in whatever direction you're pressing or give you a second jump if used while jumping. (This would be the left shift ability)
Their E ability would temporarily give you scalding water that does a lot more damage while still pushing enemies away.
Right click would be the swing of an axe.
And the ultimate would be a fire truck horn that stuns nearby enemies.

Doubt they'd go a firefighter route for any new characters, given Mei's got two skins like that.
A support character that uses a blowgun that can poison and tranquilize/slow enemies, as well as tripwires that causes enemies to fall over briefly like Reinhardt's ult and possibly a stealth mechanic.
Ult can be tossing bolas at people on screen to stun them.
