I find Lucio is alot more engaging to play than Mercy being that you can actually support with damage while healing, plus your speed buff and knockback gives you more utility. I can't really decide who is more mobile between the two; on one hand, Lucio can go places on his own with the ability to ride walls, while Mercy can fly from player to player and slow her fall.
I find I almost never use the damage boost. Very, very niche situational.

Zenyattas alright, his only real fault his movement. Mercy and Lucio have tools for getting to people fast, Zenyattas got nothing, especially with the line of sight shit he got handed. His slow movement also makes him sniper bait, but you shouldn't be in the open like that anyway.

I don't agree with that at all. Giving him 50-100 extra HP would just make him useful. Right now a Roadhog can easily hook and oneshot, Mcree can burst him down with fan, he's oneshot by a single charged widow shot, reapear kills him in 2 shots close range, and hanzo kills with one arrow. Just making it so that he can survive a couple more seconds wouldn't really tip the balance that much, it would just mean that maybe he would have time to react.
