You get ults faster than you think. If you have a big nigger character like Winston on your team and you heal him from critical to full it literally gives you an ult because he has so much HP.
There's always an aspect of luck and sometimes you pop one just before everything goes to shit, that's just the way things go. Though I actually got PotG recently after our whole team got Mei ulted and then high nooned and I revived them all. That's a combination of luck and me keeping my ass barely alive while I mash Q.

Mercy has the fastest ult charge in the game, you need to be using it but not wasting it.
The idea is to ask yourself what you stand to gain off that revive, sometimes reviving a single person can completely change the game and it's worth throwing it out. Obviously you don't want to revive one person only to have the enemy team run in with a zarya pharah combo and teamwipe you, that's why as Mercy you have to pay close attention to not only where the enemy is but what ultimates they have at the ready.People assume shes an easy hero to play but she's probably one of the hardest to play correctly.

His heal is the worst in the game, discord is OP as shit I won't deny. But his HP invalidates him completely at higher tiers of play.
Nerf his damage slighty and give him 50 more HP so he can actually do what he's supposed to. Skirmish, instead of hide up a reinhardts ass all game. Everything about zen is built to be in combat, except he has no mobility, self healing and his ult is garbage unless you are in the fight even then its strictly worse than every other support ult because it doesn't stop half the ults.
