Oh god potato anything is so good. One of my favorite foods is called "pirogies" and it's basically dumplings stuffed full of mashed potatoes and then sauteed in butter and onions. Its so bad for you but its delicious. I grew up in a Slovak household and got introduced to a lot of neat potato dishes.
