First and foremost, her torso is still facing to the left. Same as her legs, but her torso has a sudden turn in it implying it should be facing front, but it's not.
The folds are quite good actually, I'd say you've just about got that down, except for the fact they should be a slight bit more spaced out.
Her left arm doesn't look like it's resting on her hip, if that were extended out, it would be a tad too long, try to shorten the upper arm a bit.
Also add the curve of the thumb on that hand, cause as is, it doesn't have one, it looks like she stuffed it inside her palm, which wouldn't work with that pose.
You actually do really good hands otherwise.
Next up, right arm.
Notice how long it is in comparison to the other.
The upper arm would go slightly past where the junction is downward and the forearm would go a decent way past to the back. Visualize the elbow and then move it accordingly.
The body is good.
But then... the face.
It's really bland. It's definitely a decent face, but it is barely above "2D web comic" tier.
The hair along with it is quite simple, you don't differentiate between layers, it's just a "head piece" and a "back of head piece."
Define the chin instead of dragging it to a point, ears and nose are good.
Eye patch is quite nice, eye is acceptable, I don't know the character well.
You have basically the parallel opposite of what problems most artists have as they improve over time.
Overall, I'd give the piece a 6-7/10 post-dissection, 7.5 beforehand.
