Have a panning overhead shot, just like the launch sequence, as the players walk towards the end of the tunnel. As the camera centers behind the lead players, they break into a jog, 'launch' into a full-on sprint, with each one giving a different to add personality. Lowering the head, 'opening the wings', hands raised, stuff like that.
After that, the scene fades, and the camera opens to the entrance of the tunnel onto the field. The four lead players, one by one, emerge from the tunnel, with the third one, being the 'leader', beginning role call and drawing attention to the other three. 'All ships check in!' The first one from the tunnel begins touting himself as he's acknowledged first, chest-pounding and generally showing off. The second one is signaled shortly after, and begins waving his arms up and down to pump up the crowd. The fourth one out waves on the rest of the team as they pour out from the tunnel.
