I know Roadhog already yanks him out of Turret mode when hooked, so I thought to expand upon that rather than any direct nerfs to Bastion himself.
Maybe if they did do this, they could rebalance him a bit to make him stronger now that there are more effective counters that aren't direct methods of killing him.

Put them into microwave rooms. 4 inside the room across different corners so that they can't be shot down in one go. Then two outside of the room for anyone that makes it out. Ideally, place them near health packs so that you can pick off low health tracers and genjis.
Secondary fire, although slow, is a great way to zone out enemies. Rather than risk getting hit forMASSIVE DAMAGEthey'll try and take an alternate route. Plan it out right, and that route will be the microwave room full of your turrets.
The shield is incredibly helpful for squishier heroes like tracer and zenyatta. They'll lick your boots if you give them constant shield buffs.
