I'd like to request Pharah from overwatch sitting in a locker room getting out of her Raptora suit. Here's the thing most everyone doesn't get - Pharah is missing her arms and legs above the elbow/knee.
So Ideally, this pic would be her sitting down with half her armor off (chest armor off, black body suit pulled down to the waist, she's in a sports bra. I can see why some people have problems with them, especially when looking at sketches made by someone else. I just have bunch of bad habits which result in worse line quality. They help me find the forms and the gesture much better but the end result is often a mess.

If I did that to works that are mediocre at best, I'd be writing full-fledged essays that accomplish nothing but break the artist's morale. In those cases, I just say "looks good, but try to focus on [Problem]" or something like that.

Yeah pointing out the biggest flaws is how I'd go about it. Maybe a quick 1min redline with the intention of them not going and trying to fix it for and hour but being able to see and maybe understand why it's wrong. With the occasional speech about importance of mileage.

In short it's basically learning how to draw a thing from an example instead of learning the structure and why it's drawn like it is and then just stamping that symbol of the object on every drawing.
