What advice would you give to Bethesda for the next Fallout title?

FO4 is a bad game at its core and that comes from a very VERY lazy bunch of devs and a bad administration from the higher ups, cutting costs to the bare minimum to ship barely passable IPs and sell them for quick profit.
FO4 was a bad game overall. There's no redeeming thing on it. There's nothing they can do at this point, the whole thing is a mess.
Put, "From the company that brought you Skyrim and Fallout 4." on the box.

Don't even bother.
Better stories. Make us care about what's happening.
Better world. Stop making "theme park" locations. Town A should be aware of what Town B is doing and react.
Politics beyond cartoony factions.
Respect established lore and keep internal consistency.
Either make it an RPG or not. This quasi-RPG/FPS thing is failing at both genres.
More elaborate quests. A-B-C is boring. Also, make dialogue choices actual choices.

Give mores NPCs unique personalities, and motivations. Nick Valentine was one of the few interesting characters in Fallout 4.
