Kero Blaster was obviously designed for mobiles in the first place.
It's obvious because of how simple it is, it's good as a mobile game but on PC/console it's kind of mediocre.

I found them both very good considering the price point of $3 for both. You can get them for like $1 on steam sales too, if I recall correctly.
If you're going to play them, I'd recommend playing in order of course. Cthulhu builds on the systems from BoD, so going backward would be a bit of a chore. If you only play one, obviously go for the second since it's the more refined game.
They're not the most amazing games ever, but they're a nice throwback to RPGs of old.

What a shame. Cave Story is one of my favorite games ever. It's so replayable, good challenge, interesting setting, beautiful sprites and music.
I replayed it the other day and fucked up saving Curly. I think after draining her you have to carry her in your back? I have no idea, I thought just leaving her there she would then show up in bed in the final area.
