This really is a thing, and it's not Nep. (That logo is the Tomahawk)
It's made by Fuze technology based in Shenzhen, and it's running Android.
There are two versions, lower tier is RMB 899 and the higher tier at RMB 1499. It is now available for pre-order and will be on retail channel by June 1st.
It uses Tegra K1, 4GB DDR3, 32GB eMMC, and the pro version comes with 500GB 2.5" HDD. Connectivity is 802.11a/b/g/n/ MIMO, Gigabit Ethernet, BT4.0, USB 3.0 port and it has HDMI 1.4b support.
The controller (looks like XB1) is connected by Bluetooth, with 4 controllers supported per console, and there's 4 rumble motors built in. Charging dock is available on the pro version.
There is a VR unit as well, priced RMB 1100.
