That's only true for old versions of loadiine, on current gx2 builds it's back to 30+ sec loads regardless of deleted languages.
Starfox and w101 were fixed by repacking the speech files into one of the large data files, it only works in platinum's games though.

Shit, didn't know that was possible with the vWii. I have that setup on the SD card that's in my old Wii, but it'd be better to have it on my Wii U.
So I guess I'd have my Wii U/Loadiine SD card, and then the vWii/GC SD card, switching them out whenever I need to?
As far as hacking the vWii, Brawl would be my easiest bet. So would I need a separate SD card with the files for that to hack it? And after that, would I simply be able to switch it with the SD card that I have in my old Wii now and be able to play GC games straight from that?
I'm wondering because in order to do the GC games, the SD card is in some weird file format, so I wouldn't be able to use that to install the homebrew channel. Captain Toad is pretty fun, well done game. I think for 40$, it was well worth my purchase with the amount of stages you get.
