It's faster than SF, the neutral is way less rigid with all of the different movement options, and has strong offense while not being too oppressive (and every character has universal options to get them out of bad spots with the right read)

It's good to see Touhou hisoutensoku getting a little bit of credit, I thought the game was babby's first fighter for a long time because it has so much beginner friendly stuff in it but it somehow manages to have a lot of depth in it too because it has both flight and airdashing. It reminds me of Marvel 2 movement except a lot slower but much more focus on precision.
