So I will be real for a second. I grew up with dragon ball as a kid and DBZ as a teenager. We even had a GREAT dragon ball dub, way better than the first american which was complete trash. The second american dub was ok, and people like it now but still I have some gripes with the altered music and portraying Goku as superman... kind of.
So basically, I didn't watch the reruns as 90's kid did. When the dubbed season was over I had to wait months and months to watch the continuation of the saga.
There was not torrent of the movies (ovas), not even Kazaa was available. My brothers and I went to flea market to buy the movies in vhs. Surprisingly, the Spain dub had these already. Latin american version came way later.
So I also grew up with the Spain opening and dub. Now kids make fun of the dub, but I find it nostalgic too.
I say both dub versions are equally good. I lean towards latin american, but Spanish dub is by no means bad.

I've since been there twice, for a music festival and for a football game, basically I've been around the place a lot.
My conclusion is that its a bad place to live. From the rats on the streets, the cockroaches the size of my thumb, the people casually talking about sex but being scared to even put a hand on your hip, the crime, and the poverty, I don't think I'll be going a third time. You should consider moving elsewhere. Spain might be the worse country in Europe west of Poland.

The Spanish version of FF7 was great. In Spaghettiland we don't have kamehameha but "onda energetica" (Energy Wave literally, but more like Energy Blast), except it sounds good.
Videogame dubs are painfully average. Mirror's Edge and Jericho are famous terrible dubs. Except Nintendo games, there's loads of care put into our translation, enemy names are translated with names you'd find in fantasy kids' books which makes them sound pretty nice.
