The game looks pretty good but as usual Eidos Montreal has put 90% of their facial animation into scenes that are part of the main story (the interrogation minigame from DX:HR) and the remaining 10% has been spread around.

I just finished playing HR, and it was a huge disappointment.
The game had so much potential, but the completely missed the point, focusing on action (which is actually kinda shit) instead of character development, interactions, and enviroments.
Sure, you still get some cool locations, like Heng-sa, but most of the time you're in a random office, waiting for some random guard to turn around, so you can sneak your way to the next office, and hack hundreds of pcs to read useless maintenance emails
They should have learned something form Mass Effect, but Mankind Divided looks even more militar, and action based. The story is not really appealling, and the gameplay seems to be the same, except for a few new weapons (which don't really add anything to gameplay)
I want a comfy cyberpunk game, where I can get to enjoy characters, enviroments, and atmosphere, and aditionally, have some action every now and then (think, VtMB, Mass Effect...). What game should I play?

I like how they kept so much stuff from HR, like the dialogue aug and the hacking minigame.
And while I must admit that stealth was completely broken in HR, the "lose nothing by going all rambo" approach does make me suspicious.
Apart from that, just replaying HR, I noticed that in the missing link section they already foreshadow the anti terror unit thing and that they are who save him after Panchaia. Also I like that Janus is already brought up and now again.

I'm not the best at describing this kind of stuff but boss fights in a deus ex game felt very out of place. They forced combat, and the actual design behind the fights weren't special, and usually very easy. The only one i think worked at all was the first one because it incorporated stealth, even then it was lame.
Final level felt tedious to me. How many times did i have to go through that goddamn body scan process.
Still i love HR and it exceeded my expectations for a modern sequel to DE

I liked Human Revolution, but the story was actually kind of meh. There aren't multiple groups trying to achieve different goals. It's just "big evil group wants to control everything" which isn't hard to figure out like 3 hours into the game.
The ending with Darrow isn't very satisfying either because it comes out of nowhere and feels forced. It's like Eidos couldn't show us why augmentation could actually be bad, so they create this fake disaster.
Still a great game, but I hope Mankind Divided has a bit more intrigue. I don't want it to just be "hmm, who's behind this thing...oh it's all the Illuminati".
