Dead Space; mostly because it didn't even have "jump scares" plural. It had one jump scare that it repeated like a thousand times.
If it dropped the pretense of horror, it would have been a solid, if mostly forgettable action game. As it was, it's a really shitty attempt at horror on top of a solid action game.
