The game has the most fun setting and ideas that the entire franchise has had in a long time, and the character designs are great. Gladiolus and Ignis both look amazing, and Noctis got better the further we got into development.
Judging from what we've seen so far, the playful interactions actually have alot of charm to them, especially compared to anything after IX.
This is probably the most excited I've been for an FF game to be honest.

This is false. The market is much larger today than it was when FFVII released. Japan has contracted somewhat but the west is more than compensating the loss. They only need to release half a decent FF game, make sure it has an appeal in visuals and then market it. We live in an age where fucking Dark Souls sell 6+ million copies as a niche Japanese ARPG. MGSV also outsold previous MGS games.

They both have their depth, but KH2 is a lot more precise so i doubt we will see too many fast fights like the Org13 or Terra. KH2s depth comes mostly from all the growth ailites where XVs dpeth comes mostly from all the different weapoons and inputs, the problem ist that you'll probably never use most of the weapons and most of their directional inputs and it's a little annoying that most XV weapons only have a 3 hit combo string, gets a little repetitive. You can probably mash your way to vitctory in both games by levelning up and shit, but the fact that you can play through KH2 on lvl 1 with your starting gear just shows how balanced every part of the game and the gameplay is and i hope XV is even half as balanced as that
